How It Works
Here, it allows employers to see a list of job seekers and their brief info within their area or X mile radius.
Search job seekers using the search bar by typing keywords like job seeker’s name, field, skills, expertise, etc
Filter the search result using the years of experience
Filter the search result using the job seeker’s status – currently working and available
Here, it allows job seekers to see a list of employers and their brief info within their area or X mile radius.
Option to change the X mile radius or select their preferred cities to display the list of employers.
Search employers using the search bar
This screen allows employers to search for employees with filter options – position, availability, temporary and permanent (full time).
The search results will display Names, ratings, and profile pictures.
Job seekers have the same abilities but can only see available jobs posted by the employers.
Allows job seekers to view and update their profile information.
Add their professional intro, skills, experience, and references.
Update availability schedule.
Allows the job seekers to view his/her “Ratings and Reviews”
Allows the employers to view the job seeker’s “Ratings and Reviews”.
The employer can rate and write reviews to the job seeker only if the job seeker has worked with him/her.
Allows job seeker to view all job offers that he/she received.
Each job offer contains all information about the position offered.
Allows the employers to view his/her sent job offers – active, accepted or declined.
Allows the employer to cancel their active job offers.
(Note: For payroll – employers have the ability to pay the employee from their credit/debit card inside the app to the employer’s bank account/Paypal/other. Same day payment will be a huge benefit of the app since the current process often takes weeks to receive payment.)
